1. BVI Paradise shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and acts of government.

Entire Agreement

1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Users and BVI Paradise and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Prohibited Products:

Illegal or Illicit Substances: The sale of illegal drugs, prescription medication without a valid prescription, or any other controlled substances is strictly prohibited.

Harassment and Hate Speech: Users must not engage in harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of harmful behavior towards others on the platform.

Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or any form of hacking or cyberattacks is strictly prohibited.

Spam and Unsolicited Communication: Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or other forms of unauthorized communication to users is not allowed.

Illegal Activities: Users must not engage in any illegal activities while using the platform, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or any other criminal conduct.

Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive or harmful behavior that affects the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users is prohibited.

Prohibited Actions Specific to our Platform

Platform Fees and Commission

Subscription Plans

Monthly and Yearly Subscription Plans: BVI Paradise offers subscription plans for Vendors, which may include both monthly and yearly subscription options. These subscription plans may offer various benefits, such as reduced transaction fees, enhanced visibility, and marketing features.

Subscription Billing: Users who subscribe to monthly or yearly plans will be billed in accordance with the selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. Users can manage their subscription plans through their account settings.

Subscription Renewal: Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew on a monthly basis, and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew on an annual basis, unless canceled by the User. Users will be notified of upcoming renewals and may cancel their subscriptions before the renewal date.

Subscription Changes: BVI Paradise reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, and features at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to their subscription plans.

Subscription Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
